The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with Mike Jokers within 14 working days of delivery of the goods without any penalty and/or reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must access their reserved area on the website and, in the Returns and Refunds section, proceed with the return request within the timeframes indicated above.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised in the case of the purchase of multiple products, but only for some of them.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the purchased goods to The Bridge, sending them to the seller within 14 days of receiving the return request (shipping costs will be paid by the company). All goods must be returned to The Bridge SpA's address.

To return goods, purchased products must arrive at the addresses listed above in normal condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with the product tag attached. To return a product, please follow the steps outlined in the return procedure, accessible through the FAQ -> Returns section.

The goods (which is the buyer's responsibility) must be packaged in the original box to prevent them from arriving damaged at their destination. Only if the original packaging is unusable can a box of equivalent size and sturdiness be used.

Returns made using methods other than those indicated above, which are the only authorized methods, will not be accepted. Returns following withdrawals with costs borne by the recipient are not possible.

Once the return arrives, The Bridge will verify the legitimacy of the return and, once the transactions have been verified, will send the user a confirmation email. The amounts paid will be refunded via the original payment method.

Can I return the personalized product I purchased?

The Consumer Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that, in the case of purchase of Products made to measure and/or of a personalized nature, the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 is excluded. Products sold by the Seller and on which any type of graphic symbol has been imprinted at the Customer's request are considered personalized.
